Benchtop shaker CERTOMAT® U is identical to the CERTOMAT® R benchtop shaker in all features, but its movement can be converted from orbital to longitudinal shaking. While orbital shaking is preferred for cultivating all kinds of cells, linear shaking can be used for destaining of electrophoresis gels, for extraction purposes and others. This makes the CERTOMAT® U benchtop shaker an extremely flexible tool for lab work.
