INDEVA industrial manipulator for holding a drill. Thanks to the auto weeight sense and auto balancing feature of the INDEVA handling system the operator can carry out drilling as the drill were weightless. The INDEVA, in fact, counterbalances continually the weight of the load, so that the operator does not need to counter inertia forces when moving up/down or reversing direction with the drill.
This is an INDEVA model Liftronic Easy E80C column mounted with double jointed arm.
Any INDEVA features the highest safety level: on all other lifting devices,in fact, there is a warning notice saying "Do not select load condition without having first safely gripped the load, because in case of such a mistake the end effector moves quickly and dangerously upwards". With an INDEVA this problem cannot occur as it is really auto balancing, moreover, in case the operator moves up/downwards too quickly automatically a speed limiter device intervenes in order to avoid abrupt dangerous moves.
It is also possible to quickly and easily interchange end effectors for handling different types of loads with no need of any regulation.
