Description
The SX5 manufactured by ScandInvent is a fully interpolated 5 axis CNC bridge sawing machine, which has 3-sides open gantry and hydraulic table tilt, it can also be provided with a roller table. These structural features provide an ease of loading of granite, marble and engineered stone slabs.
The SX5 comes with ScandSOFT™, which is a useful software widely used in the stone fabrication industry. The interpolated axes allow the SX5 to cut in any direction, with all axes working together. For increased productivity, it also has a speed regulator allowing unattended operation. No operator is needed to monitor or supervise the machine during single or multiple cuts.
Additional capability can be added with extremely powerful cam software for contouring and architectural work.
Additional loading and unloading as well as camera based nesting on slabs is available.
