Calibration system composed of four different modules.
The first module is designed for measurement electrical reference signals to test and calibrate industrial transmitters.
This module includes electrical digital reference indicator type MFE, d.c power supply, power switch with lamp. High accuracy, large display clearly visible digits, full remote control by serial interface RS232, ideally suitable as reference instruments integrated into calibration system.
The second module is designed to generate and measure reference pressure signals, for calibrating and testing process instruments. Module includes hand pump, precision volume regulator, high accuracy reference instrument, plug-in connectors. MFP high accuracy digital reference gauge measures pressure and displays the reading with 5 digits in 9 selectable engineering units, overpressure protecting valve (PV) against wrong connections. Large clearly visible digits and full remote control, available when connected to a serial RS-232 line, make it ideally suitable as a reference instrument integrated into a calibration system.
The third module is designed for generating reference pressure signals by high speed, high accuracy automatic pressure controller which uses an oscillating quartz sensor reference indicator. This module offers up to 6 measuring ranges with two pressure sensors and two control modes. Measuring ranges can be manually or automatically selected with the Autorange Function. Pressure control modes allow to emphasize either on generation speed or on control precision.
The fourth module is designed for distribution a.c power supply, to the instruments.
