Scandura multifunction calibrator model B-20, well known device in the calibration field (ATEX version available), has been improved to satisfy the specific requirements of the gas plant operators.
The improvements embedded started from a detailed study led at the laboratories of Gaz de France, which have underlined some requirements specifically tied to the gas field. Major improvements concern:
- new absolute pressure transducers (internal and external);
- all the connectors have been placed on the front panel (external transducer and connectors – RS232 – battery recharger etc.);
- special metal case;
- possibility to use the instrument in extreme;
- environmental conditions without any risk of damaging due to water infiltration, mud and dust.
