The HM TTA Manual Bending rolls have asymmetrically positioned rolls, which enable pre-bending of the material, to achieve a complete round. HM TTA rolls are crowned to ensure uniform bending and furthermore are normally fitted with reduction gearing. Easy removal of the finished tube by swinging out the top roll. The top roll is locked by a lever handle, which gives easy access. The lower and rear roller delivers as standard with fire groove for rolling wire profiles.
