Ram made of high-tensile titanium-alloyed cast aluminium. Carried in press frame at 4 points – free from play – in anti-friction linear roller bearings on hardened and ground guideways. Press driven by three-phase A.C. motor, variable speed gear, V-belt, flywheel and electro-pneumatic friction clutch. Press control in conventional contactor / relay technique. The stamping press can be equipped with gripper or roller feeding device on one or both sides on request.
