The SmartBalancer from Schenck is a handy instrument for balancing installed rotors fast, accurately and inexpensively without disassembling machines. It provides all of the important diagnostic options such as measuring overall vibrations and tracking analysis with FFT frequency analysis. It is offered in an economic package that allows for more benefits, providing value for money. Field balancing is carried out in the static and dynamic modes with two parallel measuring channels, and all the measurements are plotted graphically. The vibration measurement is highly accurate and reliable with conformation to standards such as DIN ISO 10816-3. The results can be stored on a compact flash card as a PDF or can be printed.
