VULCANO 2 – Speed, precision, sturdiness and reliability.

Double-head punching machines. The VULCANO 2 series includes double-head punching machine models and is the top of the range. Designed to achieve the best performance in terms of speed, precision, sturdiness and reliability. In the station with INDEX, all of the Multitool tools are rotating and allow the punching of shapes with any angle, giving the system flexibility and a quality finished part. VULCANO 2 models can work with a maximum of 20 tools (10 of which rotating) and with a punching strength of up to 30 tons. The high punching speed (up to 750 strokes per minute), the speed of movement of the axes by means of digital motors and drivers, the standard INDEX station and the large working range are the main features which allow the productivity of these machine to be optimised.

Integrated and automated punching cell. It is possible to integrate VULCANO 2 punching machines within an automated cell consisting of a sheet loading/unloading system which allows a good level of automation to be achieved.
