Diaphragm seal with flange connection

The drawing shows a connection type for diaphragm pressure gauges with a range from 0-0,6 to 0-40 bar resp. diaphragm seals up to 40 bar. This connection will be mainly used for high-viscous, crystallizing and solid-matter containing medium. The membrane has direct contact to the medium. The connection can be made out or lined with resistant material when used for measuring of aggressive medium. The membrane can be protected with coating (PTFE )or with foils.
