The NDN micro frictionless tables are engineered with a single axis design and are geared to deliver excellent precision and efficiency in high velocity applications. The upper and lower components of the tables are of the same length and are conducive to using in both vertical and horizontal positions. The tables are structured from high quality stainless steel that grants a high degree of resilience to corrosion. The ball cage is manufactured from brass. The cage is centered with the help of an effective mechanism which aids in facilitating creep free operations of the cage. The tables are 10 to 80 mm in length and provide strokes in the range of 5 to 70 mm. The NDN frictionless tables provide excellent services, incorporating just four elements in their structure- the stainless steel upper and lower components, the stainless steel rolling constituents and the brass cage. The brass cage, designed in the shape of the letter 'U', executes the duty of conjoining together the two guideways. This serves to completely eliminate any chances of cage drift. The tables are delivered factory pre-loaded to cut down on play. They require very less push force to provide outstanding, friction-free services.
