The Upright solution
We at Schrage love bulk conveyor systems of all kinds. Even when it gets a little bit tricky:
For example, when only narrow passages are available, or when it comes to overcoming a larger distance without any supports. This is where we use the upright designs, where the tubes of the tube chain conveyors are on top of each other. These conveyor systems are the first choice whenever a product change requires units without any dead space and when the tensioning station must have a round bottom without any possibility of product accumulation.
But due to the installation position of the chain wheel, this design is only recommended for bulk materials with a good flowability and a small grain sizes. However, if you prefer your conveyor system to be a little bit more diversified, combinations with other designs are also possible, of course.
