SchuF is the inventor of the Piston Bottom Outlet category of valves (Patents received in 1923 and 1926). They are widely used in the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemicals, Biochemical, Coal, and Aluminium industries.
The valves are most commonly used for the dead space free draining and feeding of vessels, reactors and pipelines. They are particularly suited to applications that require quick vessel drainage, or where crystals can form.
