Schuler offers complete systems solutions from single source for cost-effective manufacturing of parts on multi-station or transfer presses. Coil lines, destackers/blankloaders, and tri-axis transfer systems for part transport are perfectly adapted one to another to form the perfect solution. Depending on requirements, the press drive can be mechanical or hydraulic. Manufacturing with transfer or progressive die presses is very efficient and cost-effective. Mechanical transfer presses (in 6,300 to 32,000 kN capacities), for example, can achieve production rates of up to 40 strokes per minute.
