The smallest of the Schütte multi-spindle automatics, the machines of the G series, are highly efficient and matchlessly fast cam machines with a bar capacity of max 20 mm diameter. The G machines have six or eight main spindles and are often run as 2x3- or 2x4-spindle machines. Simple workpieces can be produced at a cycle time of considerably less than 1 second.
When it comes to machining possibilities the G series outperforms the classical cam machine. With auxiliary functions such as CNC compound slide, CNC pick-off spindle or spindle stop it will also produce complex, high-precision components.
