sciCHIP slides serving as ideal carriers for biomolecules:
The functional polysiloxane layer provides a high density of coupling groups as well as a high homogeneity of the surface functionality. This special design ensures a highly efficient covalent coupling of biomolecules. The slides need no further activation and are ready to print. Uniform DNA immobilization within each spot is reached by applying the specifically optimised protocol.
* sciCHIP EPOXY slides are recommended for the covalent immobilization of longmer oligonucleotides, PCR-products and proteins.
* sciCHIP AMINO slides are recommended for printing of PCR, RT-PCR products and BAC clones.
