The precision, stability and fixture of our "PRECISO" collet chuck has been improved to obtain an absolute trustworthy tool. Using the "extra precise" ER collets we obtain a run out of 0.003 mm at 2,5 times the diameter which results in amazing savings in tool life.
Our "PRECISO" collet chuck becomes in this way an ideal tool for drilling, milling and boring.

All the holders ISO are having the form AD/B for the coolant flow and are balanced as for G2,5 @ 20.000 RPM. Available in the shanks: HSK, MAS BT, DIN 69871.

Caratteristiche Tecniche
- Tool clamped on the nominal diameter or max 0.5mm;
- Run out of 0.003 mm at 2,5 times the diameter (using "extra precise" ER collets clamped on the nominal diameter);
- Balanced G 2,5 at 20.000 RPM;
- Tool clamping force increased by 25% (with ER 32 precise collets diameter 20 and roughness tool Ra= 0,10 μm);
- Possible central and through the flange coolant flow (AD+B);
- Possible use of coolant tight nuts till 100bar;
- Reduced vibrations thanks to the slender geometrical shape;
