Technical
The tapping chuck series 36000 has been studied and produced in order to have a longer life and a very easy use. The bushing balls that distinguishs our products guarantee an axial compensation in extension and compression very sensitive and fluent. Another important characteristic is that our tapping chuck is able to keep unchanged fluency and sensitivity when the coolant flows inside, up to a pressure of 50 bar. This is very important to have the thread very exact. Furthermore if necessary it is very easy and cheap to change the o-rings. As the tapping chuck is modular (Weldon shank) and we are able to supply different shank you can change easily the shanks for examples in DIN 69871 – B or AD.
