o Carbon steel outer race with protective coating for corrosion resistance
o Alloy steel, heat treated, chrome plated ball for wear resistance properties
* Outer race lubrication grooves and interconnecting hole in outer race to direct grease to the ball and race area
* Outer races are chamfered to facilitate installation and retention into housings
