Hydrological current meter for flow measurement on a Ø 9 mm or Ø 20 mm rod
Point measuring method (detection of point velocities in measuring verticals)
Six different aluminum impeller blades for different applications are available
Connects to Counting device Z6 or to a notebook or tablet PC HDA-Pro operated with Software Q 4 and the "impeller" module
Small but fine:
Two precision ball bearings ensure that the impeller axis and impeller blade detect flow rates from as little as 0.025 m/s. Thus, the M1 is particularly suitable for measurements in small watercourses with low water levels and low flow rates.
Variable:
A selection of impeller blades of different diameters (30 mm/50 mm) and blade inclines (50/100/250/500 mm) is available to always achieve the optimum results for different flow conditions. For higher flow rates, the M1 mini current meter with a special terminal can also be adapted and operated on a Ø 20 mm rod.
Low maintenance:
The M1 is undemanding, and even during intensive use, it engenders hardly any operating and maintenance costs. For highest accuracy requirements, we recommend regular calibration of the impeller blades in the measurement channel.
Last but not least:
For display and analysis of the impeller pulse, the user is spoiled for choice with either the robust SEBA Counting device Z6 or with the field-proven tablet PC HDA-Pro. The latter provides the possibility to evaluate the impeller pulses directly with operating Software Q 3.1 and the "impeller" module.
