Our " buffer " skip stores fresh concrete or dry concrete coming from the batching plant via truck mixers.
This type of silo skip can hold 6 or 8m3 of concrete.
The skip raises by a 2 great hydraulic gates fitted on both side of the skip.
The hydraulic pump is generated by a 380V electrical engine. On request, the electrical engine can be substituted by a diesel engine.
A vibrator is fitted on the skip. We recommend the use of the vibrator when using dry concrete (dry projection).
Our buffer skip can load all our type of concrete skips: crane skips, telehandler skips... It is also possible to load dumpers.
The use is simple: when the skip is ready to be used, plug in the plug.
The lifting & coming down of the skip, the opening & closing of the gate are made by a lever distributor.
4 lifting hooks enable the handling of the skip with a crane when empty.
