RB 750 rough boring heads offer the highest possible rough boring performance. Available with Graflex™ and Seco-Capto connection, the A750 rough boring heads use strong twin cutters designed for high metal removal. They enable geometric hole precision starting from cast, flame cut or drilled hole. Easy to set with either symmetrical or staggered settings, the A750 has an integrated coupling mechanism and a unique central screw that locks the RB axial and radial insert holder and ensures face contact onto the head body’s front during machining. The symmetrical design limits bending of the insert holder and improves stability, while the single screw makes it easy to assemble and change the insert holders. The RB 750 range includes both 90° and 80° lead angle insert holders, along with a large range of insert grades for all materials. It has a diameter capacity of 18 to 205 mm (0.7 to 8.07 inches) with only eight boring heads.
