It represents a variation of the BSA model, having two counter rotating shafted screws instead of two shaftless screws. Each shafted screw is supported at both ands by a bearing system, and has an independent drive. a certain number of intermediate hanger bearings are placed, depending on the overall length of the screw conveyor.
MANUFACTURING FEATURES
* Screw: "shafted type" screw, made of high strength carbon steel or in stainless steel (aisi 304 or 316 grade), depending on the kind of material to convey. The nominal diameter can be 500 mm.
* Structure: can be made of aisi 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel.
* Length: depends on the diameter of the screw.
* Power: the power depends on the kind on material to convey and on the plant configuration.
