Mercury 609 is an innovative cutting/ marking system for sheet and/or roll materials (both raw and finished products such as plastics, leather, wood, fabric and metals etc.).
Designed for a safe laser process thanks to the enclosure CLASS 1 even on big work areas, it matches high accuracy, flexibility with high productivity thanks to use of linear motors.
CO2 sealed laser sources ensure reliability, quality, stability and a long lifetime at very low maintenance costs. Mercury 603 can be equipped with automatic loading/unloading system and a conveyor with fixed table or double pallet for loading and unloading the material.
A CCD camera system is also available for cutting/contouring of printing materials with references (cross or print register). The heart of Mercury 603 is a brand new DSP floating point control system with Ethernet connection and WI-Fi. The control system Motors via Can Bus, driven by the powerful SW CAM ICARO developed by Sei for an easy, friendly use of the system.
