G8 Nd: YAG DPSS laser marker is a source based on Nd: YAG pumped by diode arrays designed and manufactured by you. The laser unit is composed of a rail containing the source, a galvo scan head and a box containing the closed-loop cooling system and the electronic command and control, complete with Dynamic Beam Expander 5X, CLASS 1 closure.
Marking is carried out without any mechanical contact, as a result of an interaction between the laser and thermo-acoustic material (metals, plastics, etc.) and characteristics of indelible, high quality, speed and flexibility of implementation. Its main features are: the compactness of the system, high beam quality lasers, proven reliability, easy integration in production lines, complete monitoring of all vital parts.
G8 DPSS is configured with different options to secure a remarkable application flexibility and a considerable increase in productivity such as: dynamic control of the fire point and spot size.

G8 DPSS is managed by a Personal Computer on which the software is installed ICARO Windows that allows the user to change the processing parameters such as power, frequency, marking speed so as to obtain the required effect materials. It also allows the import of CAD drawings in graphics formats (*. plt, *. dxf, *. pcx, *. bmp, *. mcl, besides machine formats) and edit text directly (using any Windows font), and to perform image editing operations.
