pH-ELECTRODE
The two biggest problems with pH-electrodes are the connection electrode and controller and the porous diaphragm for the electro-chemical connection between probe and reference.
The problem with the cable and electrode was easily solved by a fix cable, other plug head than S7 or via wireless data transfer.
The porous diaphragm is unprotected against waste, chemical and physical attacks. This results in shorter maintenance cycles, shorter life time and slower reaction on changing ion concentrations. The slower reaction results in over- and under dosing and so in wasted chemicals and poor control.

pH-ELECTRODE WITH REFEX SOLID STATE REFERENCE
This unique and patented method uses a large active surface area instead of a tiny porous diaphragm. The REFEX SOLID STATE REFERENCE is robust against pressure/vacuum, fouling and large differences between the ion concentrations of probe and reference.
The main applications served are oil industry (also in combination with the Yokagawa controller), semi conductor, drinking water and industrial waste water.
pH-Electrodes are equipped with fix cable or system plug S7 or Yokagawa electrode head.
