Application:
Flexioil, the highly flexible suction and delivery hose
for filling and discharging tanks, petrol tankers and
ships with unleaded fuels (EN228:2008) with oxygen
content limited according to EEC 85/536 and
with an aromatic content of components 50% max.
Suitable for industrial oils, diesel oils (EN
590:2010), fuel oils (DIN 51 603 parts 1 - 5) and
mineral-oil based hydraulic oils.
Also suitable for applications according to EN
12115 in the petrochemicals industry.
Feature:
This hose has been tested according to the technical
regulations for combustible liquids (TRbF)
131/2:1992.
Standard/approval:
EN 1761:1999, EN 12115:2011.
Notice:
To ensure the assembly is leakproof, it must be
tested according to EN 12115:2011.
ATTENTION: It is vital to be aware of the different
working pressures.
Temperature range: -30°C / +90°C.
Safety factor: 4 : 1
Tube: NBR, black, smooth, electrically conductive.
Reinforcement: Textile wrapped, 2 crossed copper
wires, zinc plated steel wire helix.
Cover: CR, black, electrically conductive, abrasion resistant,
oil and weather resistant, cloth impression.
Marking: Continuous transfer tape, yellow:

106 Ohm" as well as continuous embossed labelling
according to EN 1761:1999 and EN 12115:2011.
