The TRANSPLY range offers an elastic assembly which absorbs shocks and excess tensions by means of its built-in shock absorbing pad. The TRANSPLY structure consists of two plies (polyester warp / polyamide weft) with an rubber backing.
For conveying of products <80°C.

Main qualities of TRANSPLY belts

- Rot-proof carcass
- D grade cover (superior quality anti-abrasive): resists acids when cold and corrosive salts. Abrasion loss as per NFT 46012, ISO 4649, DIN 53516, average value 100 mm3.
- Accepts low pulley diameters and reduced tension travels.
