The Solid State Power Controller (SSPC) Module is a microcontroller based Solid State Circuit Breaker designed to be used in Aircraft or Naval 115VAC/150VDC applications. Sensitron's line of Solid State Relay can be used wherever hi-reliability is a necessity but non-hermetic pricing is a project requirement. Both standard and custom products are available and can include features such as photovoltaic optical isolation and power MOSFET output providing extremely low on-resistance.
