These adjustable high sensitive differential pressure sensors are used for monitoring overpressure, vacuum and differential pressure of air or other non-combustible, non-agressive gases in HVAC applications. These piezoresistive pressure transducers convert the mechanical measured value obtained by the deflection of a thin monosilicon membrane, to an electric signal. The used semiconductor resistors also compensate the signal for temperature changes.
Possible applications are: Air filters and fan monitoring; Fans and blower control; - Controlling air and fire protection dampers; Monitoring air flow or -pressure(Airconditioning, clean rooms, industrial kitchens...); Building automation; Environmental protection.

Long term stability, typ.: < +/- 0,5% to 2,5% FS/year
Repetition accuracy: < +/- 0,2% of FS
Position dependence: 100 ms
