The SKIMZOIL™ system effectively pulls off floating oils without removing precious water and valuable chemicals. Efficient and Effective Industrial Water Recycling This system improves upon the best features of surface skimming equipment and coalescing tanks. Oil and water are drawn through a floating suction in the contaminated process tank and the floating oil is trapped by weirs, in a stainless steel separation tank. The trapped oil is then picked up by an oil-attracting rotating drum. The water level is easily set to allow the drum to only remove oil and prevent drag out of water and chemicals. The oil is simply wiped from the surface of the drum into a separate waste vessel. With this industrial water recycling system, the clean water returns to the process tank for re-use.
