In order to help you retain a higher level of control over your filling-packaging line, the Serac group has developed the technology necessary to synchronise a PET blowing machine with a rotary, weight-filling machine.
The advantages of a synchro-block machine
Productivity: This solution overcomes the problems of container supply and the blowing machine is incorporated in the packaging production line.
Cost reduction: The containers are now produced, filled and capped in the same machine. It is no longer necessary to invest in turner and conveyor systems (the container does not leave the machine), in which the containers may be damaged or soiled in the large silos. Only the container neck grasping clamps are necessary.
Hygiene: The uncapped container is filled is several seconds after having been blown and never leaves the closed environment. This offers a greater level of integrity and cleanliness.
Optimisation of space: The three machines, blower/filler/capper when united in a single block enable optimisation of the floors pace.
