Our Motorised Bolster Extensions (MBE) combine a bolster extension and a die loader into on functional unit. MBE support the die outside of the press, and their built-in Push Pull Systems (PPS) move it in and out on the built-in rolling tracks - quickly, safely and accurately to the millimetre. The systems come complete with electronic controls.
The MBE are installed at the front or the rear of the press. Between the two units, the opening of the press remains freely accessible.
The Motorised Bolster Extensions feature SERAPID's rigid chain technology. Depending on the model, the load may be up to 14 tonnes. Thanks to the space-saving storing of the chain, operating height may be down to 30 cm.

- mobile version - allow easy deployment at different presses
- cam switch and/or encoder
- gear motor as required
