The sheaths stabiflex resist all the liquids of cut and products of greasing
Available on the 3 levels of quality according to the rate of travel:
- Quality NR: with band strip iron (< 20 M/mn)
- Quality G: with band strip iron and special joining (from 20 to 50 M/mn)
- Quality K: with Plastic band and special joining (= 50 M/mn).
Out of standard quality NR is proposed
With the definition, to take a margin of 10% in the calculation of the passage of cable
matter: galvanized zingé steel
the radius of curvature must account for 8 to 10 times the diameter external of the cables
At the end of the sheath the ends are welded
It is preferable to guide the sheath in a chute of approximately half of the race in order to increase the lifespan
