R1, the new vertical machining center, equipped with a cross table, is the expression of the Serrmac evolution could reach applying the latest and most advanced technologies, in order to improve the performances of the machine and to satisfy the requirements of a production which has to be particularly effi cient for precision and reliability.
X axis 460 mm-Y axis 370 mm-Z axis 420 mm with a Working surface 600 x 350 mm; Max spindle power 5.5 kW, Max spindle speed 10.000 rpm and Rapid feed 30 m/min.
R1 model is aveileble in two version: Tool storage with nr. 12 tool positions and Wheel tool storage with nr. 16 tool positions, RANDOM type selection and with double-grip.
The control board is installed on the right side of the machine and there
are located all the elements of control: alphanumeric keyboard, CNC 10,4”
video color with graphic to visualize the different machining programs, alarms and machine messages, all the manual controls.
