High temperature grease

Fully synthetic, solid free special grease for long-term lubrication of ejector pins, slides, folding units, latch locking units as well as all sliding surfaces in plastic injection moulding tools up to + 300°C as well as aggressive atmosphere.

* Stays in place, no transportation of the grease on to the injection-moulded parts
* Packing of the injection-moulded parts without extra cleaning
* High output (shot) numbers without re-lubrication
* Neutral behaviour against common elastomers and plastics
* Outgassing substances do not provoke stress cracking corrosion (DIN 53449)
* Temperature range: - 30°C to + 300°C
