orthogonal servo-gearmotor / bevel / helical
Max.: 1,220 Nm (899.8258 ft.lb)
Min.: 40 Nm (29.5025 ft.lb)
The BSF helical-bevel servo gear units come with a low backlash and are ideal for the 40 to 1500 Nm (350 to 13200 lb-in) torque classes. These values are considerable lower than the maximum limit set for acceleration torques which can be found in five output versions. These versions include BSF for a solid shaft, BSKF for solid shaft with a key, flange block shaft as per EN-ISO 9409, BSHF for hollow shaft with shrink disc and BSAF for hollow shaft with key way.
A B5 mounting flange is fitted in all versions along with an optional foot mounting and torque arm which allows optimum integration into already existing applications.
A helical input and hypoid output stage can lead to ratio ranges for single-stage bevel (wheel), hypoid gear unit or single-stage helical-worm gear unit ensuring high transmission quality. A constantly low circumferential backlash can be experienced throughout the year.
