The 494 series is a servo-controlled float valve manufactured by Sferaco. It is suitable for use in water distribution. The valve operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +40°C, and has a maximum nominal pressure of 10 bar. It is equipped with a tuning compensator for protection against vibrations and shock. The 494 series features a copper or polyethylene ball, and a stainless steel needle and seat.
