Application: The GS500 wire rod coil packing machine, manufactured by Shjlpackware, is a wire coil stretch wrapper that has been engineered for the packaging of steel coil, wire rod coil, pre-strand wire, PC wire coil. It provides resistance to water and dust which is ideal for transportation. Basic features: 1. Parts of established brands are incorporated in the product and when a problem occurs the indicator automatically alarms. 2. Its encoder is utilized in setting the packing position. 3. The package height may be adjusted for varying OD and its material tension could be adjusted automatically. 4. There is a specialized break for controlling the tension of packing material in order to avoid material folding. 5. It is designed with function of setting packing tape and stretch film for wrapping in one packing process to make the working more efficient. 6. Up & down and side protective rollers covers with polyurethane. 7. The speed of ring and rollers are adjustable by frequency inverters. 8. A trolley is easy for loading and unloading the coil product into wrapping station.
