This Fully Automatic L-Sealerwith tunnel, is a user friendly and high speed packing machine with no labour work involved for sealing nor take off etc. The In feed and Out feed of the product from the machine is all conversed. The product is placed in the In feed conveyor from where it moves on to the sealing area with the help of Fractional power motors. A Special Hot Knife sealing system is been used for perfect quality seal and cutting. Motorized film unwinding and scrap re-winding used are the latest in its kind. Film perforators are provided so that machine can be used for Non-Perforated films too, these perforators help in the air evacuation from the product surface during Shrinking. The product sensing and sealing is all Electronic Sensor based system with high accuracy. The machine has adjustable In feed conveyor and height adjustable film collar to suit different shapes of products. Suitable for Packing Confectioneries, Cosmetics, Books, Magazines, Stationery items, House hold goods, toys, gifts, promotional offers, Cartons and Multiple wrapping application
