This is the latest Phase Change Sheets HCM070 made of a non-silicone-based phase change material. These sheets can change phase as a response to heat. The heat which is produced by CPU or such other devices makes the sheet to change into a fluid phase from a solid one.This results into lower thermal resistance as well as superior heat dissipation.
