The MOC-120H is a moisture analyzer developed by Shimadzu Europa GmbH. It delivers measurement of moisture content in different types of samples using a series of drying modes. This analyzer is equipped with a fluctuation range display which indicates the drying status of the sample. For its applications, it can be used in cereals, starch, flour, noodles, brewed products, sea foods and marine products, meat products, spices, sweets, dairy products, dried foods, vegetable oils and other food articles.
