IBL series SIAD Macchine Impianti

Clamping systems are used in the longitudinal welding of sheet metals and/or screw bases of small/medium thickness (6-8 mm).

The peculiarity of these clamps is that they have a system for aligning and holding together the two strips to be welded.

SIAD Macchine Impianti - Italargon Division offers a full range of metal plate clumping systems which vary depending on the work area and type of welding processes they will be used for; with the choice of a specific metal plate clumping system also depending very much on if the welding of the screw bases is to be performed internally or externally.

In response to the needs of our own clients, metal plate clumping systems have been manufactured in lengths of up to 10,500mm with support bars specially designed for welding aluminium, copper and titanium.

Weld heads fixed to the metal plate clumping systems are suited to their specific use and can be furnished with manual or motorized slides, oscillators, electronic heads, laser tracking systems and video cameras to control the distance from the weld pool.

SIAD Macchine Impianti - Italargon Division creates specific software to automate the welding process with metal plate clumping systems.
