The CALORPACK generator, first manufactured in 1962, is a fusion of the many years experience of Siat Italia in the design and production of industrial boilers; the Powermaster gave us the first pressurised boiler manufactured and sold on the Italian market, built under licence of ORR & SEMBOWER-USA.
Our experience has driven us to design a large dimensioned combustion chamber capable of guaranteeing complete flame expansion using any type of fuel and burner.
This has enabled us to combine generator safety and efficiency obtaining excellent results and allowing our customers to meet to most demanding needs as regards emissions released into the atmosphere and thermal efficiencies.

The design and construction particular of the CALORPACK generator meet high quality production standards:

* Furnace equipped with FOX hot formed or corrugated expansion joints
* Combustion chamber completely drenched in boiler water (wet back)
* High water volume
* Three flue passes (one in the furnace, two in the tubes) with no need of turbolators
* Large diameter of fire tubes secured to the tube plate using only expanding with no need of welding seams.
* Thick, annealed tube plates, formed with extensive curvature radiuses
* Extensive evaporation surface
* Economiser for high thermal efficiency, installed as package in the rear flue gas chamber
