The heaters FIREPACK and FIREPACKETT are the fusion of a vast experience in design and construction of thermal oil boilers.

Since 1958 (year of construction of the first thermal oil generators built by SIAT) we have made safety and thermal efficiency a top priority in our generators obtaining excellent results.
These heaters are manufactured using carbon steel tube bundle without welding with several concentric spirals to obtain three flue passes. The high volume pressurised combustion chamber means that any type of burner and fuel can be used. Through their simple design and versatility they can be designed with a vertical or horizontal structure to fully satisfy the customer's needs capable of being successfully applied to a vast range of production processes. Siat Italia also manufactures "single-unit systems" for indirect steam production.

The FIREPACK and FIREPACKETT heaters are designed and manufactured, according to the following particulars that meet high quality production standards:

* Low surface thermal load

* Air pre-heaters for high thermal efficiency, installed as package in the rear flue gas chamber
