Automatic cardboard box / case erector SIAT

Motorized box storage for 150 boxes (300 boxes – ML - on request)
Box storage available on left (SX) or right side (DX)
2 x Carriages moved by compressed air with vents to pick the plain boxes from box storage, square them and push them in the motorized driving belts (2 x Motors HP 0,18) while folding the bottom flaps & sealing them with the tape sealer K11, 50 mm (K12, 75 mm on request).
Machine controlled by PLC to synchronize the different machine movements and eventually harmonize other machines to be connected (box filler – conveyor line – carton sealer etc).
Safety Protections with switches to disconnect electrical & pneumatic if opened

Control panel equipped with:
- Box counter Low box storage alarm
- Brake/end tape alarm
- Full line alarm after the machine

HIGHER SPEED MACHINES WITH ELECTRICAL MOVEMENTS
F344 – F344/4 – F345 – F346

The 2 vents carriages are moved by electrical axes instead of pneumatic pistons to reach a max speed of 18 bpm F344 and 16 bpm F346.
The machine control panel is equipped with:
- Touch Screen Panel with Trouble Shouting
- Automatic “0” setting up
- Vents carriages speed adjustment
- Box counter – Box timer to set up productivity per minute
- Low box storage alarm
- Brake/end tape alarm
- Full line alarm after the machine
