SIC Marking
-The e8-i113s scribe marking machine can mark all types of materials, from plastic to hardened steel up to 62Hrc. The scribing technology produces high quality characters and logos with continuous line style. Noise level operations are extremely low. Deep marking can be achieved (up to 0.7 mm / 0.03") with more powerful motors and stronger mechanism.
- Faster marking : controlled by E8V6 software
- Scribing is produced by the continuous motion of a diamond or tungsten carbide stylus pin mounted within a pneumatic cylinder.
- Stylus assembly avoiding parasite scratches thanks to a stylus position detection system
- The e8-i113s scribing system is robust and reliable. It is designed with 2 guiding rails on each axis and twin sliding blocks. It is perfectly suited for heavy industrial environment. Stainless steel shutters protect its internal components.
