Packed with heat sealed PP straps, the Technocoil has double reels ensuring high productivity and reliability, and completely motorized pipe guide unit with instant position control on three octagonal directions ensuring positioning regularity. Its spiral and coils are compact and can be hauled-off on the pipe guide for continuous tension of the pipe through the packaging cycle thus preventing pipe ovalization. An optional second strapping unit improving production rate is also available with two independently working fastening stations resulting in uninterrupted work cycle with no downtime, and an electro-pneumatic strapping unit with electronically controlled strap tension. Ideal for efficiently coiling flexible, smooth and corrugated PVC, PE, and PP pipes this device helps reduce setup time allowing time enough for format change.
