The brilliant bright vacuum fluorescent display provides an excellent and high-contrast typeface even at adverse lighting conditions. Menu-guided parameterization In the menu mode a menu appears in the display. Operation modes, parameters and device functions are defined in the menu. Data interfaces The displays support the interfaces for the industrial communication: field buses, serial and parallel interfaces. Compact design The devices are characterized by a compact design with a minimal installation depth. Text memory Fixed texts which can be called up via an address are stored in the text memory. This operating mode is advantageous if recurring texts are displayed (except units with Profibus interface). Individual line selection Longer texts are written automatically across all lines and paged in the display (paging). If the lines are to show texts that are independent from each other they can be controlled selectively (not in connection with parallel data interface).
