The RUGGEDCOM RX1400 is a multiprotocol intelligent node which combines Ethernet switching, routing, and firewall functionality with various wide area connectivity options. As a cellular router, the RUGGEDCOM RX1400 eliminates the need for multi-device solutions to achieve the needed interface, switching, routing and application hosting capabilities. In addition to providing IP40 protection, it requires no internal fans for cooling to operate reliably in an extended temperature range of -40° C to +85° C. The RUGGEDCOM RX1400 with CloudConnect works as an industrial IoT gateway – an all-in-one solution for plug-and-play connectivity to all common cloud solutions e.g. MindSphere, Amazon Web Services and others. It lets you tap the capabilities of cloud-based solutions such as data acquisition, conversion and communication.
